  • Brand Positioning and Approach

We're on a mission to eradicate recurrent UTIs, PCOS & PCOD.

  • Phase 01

Research: understanding the problem space on the macro and micro level

  • User Research

Initially, we took a high-level approach to getting to getting to know the user better, either by reading reports or by organizing podcast conversations with industry experts.

As we went deeper to identify the personal challenges faced by women, we started organizing one-on-one discovery workshops with recommendations from our close circle initially and later on with newly signed up users, after the beta launch.

  • Understanding Personas

After hearing the many stories from women and their families, a common thread between different types of user personas started emerging, as depicted below.

Although these personas have a novel motivation to use the web app, the underlying stigma with these conversations tends to be the common challenge faced by each of them.

  • Phase 02

Ideate: developing tangible solutions through consolidated research

  • Initial Ideas

We began playing around the idea of being able to converse in different regional as well as international languages, which led to the idea of a building a handy chat interface for women to freely ask their questions.

  • Tech Stack

Since we were aiming for an MVP, the design-development-deployment process was kept very agile and iterative. So we chose a tech stack with frontend, backend and infrastructure layers, and eventually picked ones that facilitated better collaboration.

  • Brand Palette

To facilitate a comforting and calming conversation, the brand colors were nailed down accordingly.
