I want to start using AI Suite. What should I buy?

Starter or Pro. Packs are not available until you are on a plan - they top up subscribers mid-cycle.

Why credits instead of seats?

Because agents do the work, not seats. A team running heavy automation should pay for usage volume, not headcount. Credits meter agents, images, and tools against your monthly allotment.

What happens when credits run out?

Nothing silent. Top up with Pack S, M, or L, or upgrade to Pro for a larger monthly allotment. Agents pause new runs when the balance hits zero until you refill.

Can I buy a pack without a plan?

No. Packs require an active Starter, Pro, or Custom subscription. Start with a plan first.

Does yearly billing change my credits?

No. Yearly is a billing choice - you still receive the same monthly credit grant (6,500 on Starter, 80,000 on Pro). Annual sticker is about two months free vs month-to-month.
