Questions
Why credits instead of seats?
Because agents do the work, not seats. A five-person team running heavy automation should pay more than a fifty-person team that dabbles - seats get that backwards. One credit is one cent, and every event that spends one is listed in the table above and itemized in Insights.
What happens when credits run out?
Nothing silent. You set a monthly cap; at 80% we notify the workspace owner, at 100% agents pause and nothing new is billed. Auto-top-up is opt-in, never default.
Do unused credits expire?
Growth credits roll over for 90 days. Pilot credits last the 30 days - the pilot is a project, not a subscription. Enterprise committed-use terms are negotiated.
Will the invoice match the usage chart?
To the credit. The invoice is generated from the same meter Insights reads - there is no second billing system to disagree with the first.
