These terms govern sundaypyjamas.com and AI Suite at suite.sundaypyjamas.com, operated by SundayPyjamas Inc. The product login points at this page. By using the site or creating an account you agree to them.

The service
AI Suite is a metered agent platform: workspace agents, managed-agent APIs, image enhancement, and related tools. Starter and Pro are prepaid credit plans. Custom contracts are scoped separately. Credits, rate limits, and features can change with notice on the pricing page or in-app.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials private, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for activity under your workspace, including content you upload and actions your agents take after you approve them.
Acceptable use
Do not probe or disrupt the service, attempt to access other customers' data, use the product to violate law, or run high-volume jobs that evade metering. Image enhancement is for keepsake and artistic use. It is not a medical device and must not be used for diagnosis.
Your content and our IP
You keep rights to content you put in a workspace. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it so we can provide the service. SundayPyjamas and AI Suite names, design, and software stay ours. Do not scrape the marketing site or docs to train competing models.
Payment and cancellation
Paid plans bill in USD through Stripe. Unused credits do not roll indefinitely except as stated on pricing. Cancel from the product or by emailing us before the next renewal to stop further charges. We may suspend accounts for non-payment or abuse.
Availability and liability
We aim for reliable uptime. The service is provided as available. Model providers can fail. To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for a claim is limited to fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that Canadian law does not let us limit.
Changes and law
We may update these terms. Continued use after we post a change means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
